Metallized paper for cigarette packing

Transfer metallized paper is a kind of environmental-friendly packing material that compound with aluminum layer and basepaper.

1. Press the laser design / colour on the OPP/PET film (if necessary) and then metalizing a thin aluminum layer on the OPP film

2. Use special gelatin compound with laser metalized film and basepaper

3. Transfer the laser metalized layer on the basepaper and peel the PET film

We use transfer technology production, take full advantage of PET film's paleness, make the surface of metalized paper presented a high gloss and high smoothness and strong metallic look.

Only 0.02m--0.04m thickness of aluminum layer, easy degradable and recyclable
